We can at an additional cost, but as every dog has something a little different, we ask you to supply what your dog is used to eating so their tummies don’t get upset!
We have a fridge and freezer for any foods that require it.

We absolutely do require proof of a current C5 vaccine on check-in.

It is a legal requirement for us and no exceptions will be made!

Definitely! At least twice a day, morning and afternoon. We cater this to the individual dog. If it’s ball throwing, lots of running or just cuddles in the sunshine, we’re happy to do whatever.

We supply trampoline beds, food, and water bowls. We have some toys available, but it’s best to bring some of your dog’s favourite ones!

Yes! Bringing something like a blanket, or an item of clothing with your smell on it is very reassuring for your dog.
Also being happy and positive at drop-off will make your dog more comfortable. We understand how stressful it is to leave your dog, but if they sense you’re upset, it can scare them.

It’s also best to keep the ‘goodbyes’ reasonably short.

We do have set drop-off and pick-up times. They are 9-10am or 4-5pm. Anything outside of that will incur a fee of between $25-$50 depending on staffing resources.

Every bay is padlocked at all times. All bays are fully enclosed and secure. We also have multiple security cameras all over the kennels and our property that run 24 hours a day.

We sure do! It’s best to contact us to arrange a mutually agreeable time. For the safety, security, and well-being of our clients and our home, we don’t allow random drop-ins.

Unfortunately not. Payment is either cash on drop off or at pick-up, or a bank transfer that is cleared before checking out.

Yes! During the hot days, we limit strenuous exercise, give lots of cool drinking and playing water and we have misting systems on a timer in every kennel.

Not unless dogs are related or known to each other. Play times are just with us people. If you have a social dog who loves to play, we’ll happily bring one of our dogs over!

Yes! Upon arrival, we will fill out a medical form with the dog owner with all medication details including doses, times to administer etc

Yes. If your dog is found to have fleas or worms, we will treat them at your cost.
If our hessian bed covers are destroyed, we will charge a $15 replacement cost.

We sure do! Just after we tuck everyone into bed at night, we turn a radio on softly and have night lights.
