Holiday Policy

December / January

Any bookings during this holiday period require a 50% deposit that must be paid by 1st December. It is your responsibility to ensure your deposit has been paid. Deposits are non refundable if boarding is cancelled after December 1st. Deposits not paid mean your booking is not confirmed and may result in cancellation.

You pay for what you book. If you book 10 days, but pick up on the 8th day, you are still required to pay for 10.

We need to know when you book if you require an AM or PM drop off and pick up.

Bookings during these periods have a minimum 5 night stay.

There will be no picks or drop offs on the 24th, 25th or 26th December.

February / November

$50 deposits are required for securing your bookings during holidays and long weekends from February to November. This is non-refundable if less than 14 days' notice is given.
